CH Injection Ejector Pin

DIN 1530 FORM A ve AH

CH Injection Ejector Pin undertakes the task of precise forming and ejection of products in casting and aluminium injection moulds. These pins, which are used as forming and ejector in casting and aluminium injection moulds, offer high performance and durability. Therefore, they are widely preferred in the industry. They are also important components that increase productivity in production processes.

Note: Special production is made in desired diameters and lengths.

Steel, aluminium and bronze are generally used as forming materials in casting and aluminium injection moulds. These materials are characterised by their durability and heat conduction properties.

Ejector systems use pusher pins or hydraulic cylinders to remove the part from the mould. When the part solidifies, the ejector system engages and carefully removes the part from the mould.

Common problems in die casting and aluminium injection moulds include mould wear, surface defects, material deposits and air bubbles. In order to minimise these problems, regular maintenance and correct material selection are of great importance.
