Production

Our company, which started production on brake centering pistons in 1978, began serving in the mold making (metal and plastic), white goods, defense, and aerospace sectors in 1984. Our company, which has been operating for 45 years based on mutual trust and success, serves in the industry as a brand that combines Raşit Yılmaz’s experience, knowledge, and tradition with innovations under the Amati Group.

History

Our company, which began mass production of punches in 1994, produces punch varieties used in gas pipelines and cutting molds for drilling, forming, and drawing operations. In a market where competition is a large slice of the pie, our company finds its direction according to market expectations without deviating from its path and renews itself according to demand. We are proud to collaborate with Vanadis, Böhler, and Rovalma brands, which are leading not only in Turkey but also worldwide.

Since 2010, our company has been active in the global market by transferring production from domestic to abroad. With the contributions of our colleagues and business partners, we continue to grow and contribute to Turkish and world industry without pause.

In 2020, we increased our punch production capacity to 20,000 units, with varieties such as pipe punching punch, spring washer ejector punch, S.B. step drill punch, S.B. drill punch, H.B. step punch, H.B. drill punch, pantograph pin, and flat punch.

Continuing its services as Amati Endüstriyel SAN.TİC.LTD.ŞTİ under the Amati Group since 2024, our company has combined the 45-year-old tradition, knowledge, and experience of Raşit Yılmaz with technological innovations. Our company, which constantly educates and renews itself according to current conditions, sees the companies it works with as business partners and creates added value by producing special products for them. Doosan CNC Sliding Head Lathe PUMA ST20G

The Doosan PUMA ST20G CNC sliding head lathe is a machine that works flawlessly in processing small parts with complex geometric shapes, requiring high precision. This increases operational efficiency and results in an ideal production performance. The continuous and automatic operation capacity of the Doosan PUMA ST20G reduces costs per part, increases production volume, and offers ease of use.

Technical Specifications:

  • Maximum processing diameter of up to 20 mm and maximum processing length of up to 210 mm.
  • 3.7 kW main spindle motor and 2.2 kW sub-spindle motor.
  • 25-tool capacity provides flexibility for processing different parts.

Excetek EDM NP400L Wire-Cutting Machine

For the cutting or processing of complex parts, the NP400L is a wire-cutting machine providing the highest performance. Structural features of the machine include a workpiece size of 750x550x215 mm and a weight of 500 kg. Axis travel distances are 400×300 mm on X and Y, and 220 mm on Z. Maximum taper angle is ±22°/ 80 mm. The machine dimensions are 2260 x 2525 x 2100 mm; weight is 3050 kg, and tank capacity is 650 L.

Other features include smart corner control, stable discharge module, super finish circuit, DPM module, input mark control, EF (Electrolysis-Free) generator system, smart access control, low wire consumption, high-speed automatic wire feeding, robotic arm, automatic measurement and correction system, rigid UV traverse structure designed with FEA analysis, stainless steel work table with HRC 50° hardness, wide machine base, linear motor drive system, ergonomic user interface (HMI) panel, and power sliding door design.

Jagura Profile Grinding

The Jagura NC Micro Internal Grinding Machine APTOTIC, designed for micro internal grinding processes and precision part production, features a user-friendly design for operators. The Jagura JAG-01AAL model delivers excellent results in terms of precision and efficiency, capable of grinding micro internal diameters from 1 mm to 15 mm.

It also provides high concentricity, minimizing the error between the center axis of the workpiece and the grinding wheel. Standard accessories include 1 Ø3 mm collet, 1 Ø6 mm collet, 1 nut (M14xP0.75), and 1 toolbox.

Excellence ZNC 250 Plunge EDM Machine

Excellence ZNC 250 Plunge EDM Machine, designed for processing molds and parts with complex-shaped holes and cavities, provides high performance. Designed with CAD software and featuring a high-precision DC servomotor, the machine offers durable and high-quality processing with an LCD or numeric tube operation interface that is user-friendly.

The smart data system’s security alerts minimize user errors and protect the machine. Precision bearings and ball screws on the X and Y axes ensure accuracy in performance. The oil pump imported from Italy provides high flow and low error rate. It performs excellently with conductive materials such as copper and steel.

Technical specifications: axis movements are 250 mm on X, and 200 mm on Y and Z. Table dimensions are 450×280 mm, with a load capacity of 200 kg. The machine’s weight is 1050 kg, and its dimensions are 1320 x 1100 x 2050 mm.

Spinner TC 400 C-Axis CNC Lathe

The Spinner TC 400 with a C-axis can perform complex milling and turning tasks in a single setup, enabling both rapid and heavy-duty machining operations with a robust spindle.
