Pantograph Pin

DIN 9861 FORM B

Pantograph pin is the name given to flat cylindrical pins with no protrusion on the body. These pins are used in drill, reamer and guide construction. Thanks to the flat structure of its body, it is ideal for use in various precision works and measuring instruments. Especially in machine tools, pantograph pins are preferred in jobs requiring precision measurement and machining.

Note: We do not have standard production. It is produced to order.

Pantograph pins are used in the production of drills, reamers and taps. It is also preferred in jobs requiring precise measurement and machining on machine tools.

It provides high accuracy in precision work thanks to its flat structure without protrusion on the body. It is also long-lasting and wear-resistant as it is made of durable materials.

Pantograph pins are usually manufactured from hardened steel, stainless steel or high strength alloys. These materials increase the durability and precision of the pins.

The dimensions of pantograph pins may vary according to the intended use. In addition to the pins produced in standard sizes, they can also be produced in special sizes and tolerances for special needs. Tolerances are generally at micron level and are used in works requiring high precision.
