CH Flat Ejector Pin

DIN 1530 FORM C ve CH

The forming process in plastic moulds is of great importance both to increase production quality and to save time. CH Flat Ejector pin is an important part of this process. It is used especially when producing complex forms. These pins perfect the ejection process and provide ease of use.

CH A step ejector pin is a machine part, usually used in injection moulding processes, which serves to push out the material inside the mould. It can be of different sizes and specifications.

CH The progressive ejector pin is activated when the mould is opened and pushes out the material trapped inside. This process is usually performed hydraulically or mechanically and prevents damage to the demoulded part.

CH In order to maintain the stepped tappet pins, it is necessary to lubricate them regularly and check for signs of wear. Also, cleaning them after use and storing them correctly will prolong their life.
